Where are you from ?

I was born in a small town in the east of the Netherlands, but I have been living in Amsterdam for over 15 years now.

What do you do & and what inspired you to begin this journey?

I am the founder of The Collection One, a shop where I sell handpicked vintage and sustainable brands. Owning a shop was a childhood dream of mine.

Also, I enjoy talking to people and sharing my knowledge about brands and fabrics. I love seeing people happy when they find something they would love to wear

Could vou share a wine that's particularly memorable to you?

I love light orange wine, so I would say Sun is shining from Domain Aozina. I also love the name!

What draws you to Natural wines?

Next to the fact that it is more sustainable than "regular" wines you will find in the supermarket, I like the more complexity taste of it.

Where is your favorite place in Amsterdam?

I love Flevopark in the summer. Even though other parks are full during the summer, you can still find a nice place near the water at Flevopark.

They have a distillery in the middle of the park, which I would highly recommend checking out to taste their own liqueur.


Do you have any other suggestions for things to do or places to visit in the city?

I love exploring places and have started sharing them on my blog. My favorite vintage stores and Jordan picks are Bis, Enso vintage or NYN vintage.
