Shipping policy

Shipping
All orders ship from Amsterdam within 1–2 business days. We use tracked delivery services like PostNL or UPS across Europe. In the Netherlands, shipping is €6.95 for up to 12 bottles and free on orders over €100. For other European countries, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

For international orders, email us at hello@soda-wine.com, and we’ll help arrange it.

Returns
You can return items within 14 days of receipt. Bottles must be unopened, with labels intact, and include proof of purchase. Email hello@soda-wine.com to start the process. Return shipping costs are yours to cover. Refunds (minus shipping fees) are issued after inspection.
